Jobs for Your Future Cameroon is the official Cameroonian branch of Jobs for Your Future Germany, a trusted NGO dedicated to legal migration, vocational training, and education.

As part of the global Jobs for Your Future network, we bring Germany’s renowned dual education system directly to young Cameroonians—providing affordable, fast, and efficient pathways to:
 Learn German (with certified B1/B2 Goethe-Institut exams).
 Secure paid apprenticeships in high-demand fields (nursing, trades, hospitality).
 Relocate legally with end-to-end visa and relocation support.

Vocational training opportunities

Jobs for Your Future Cameroon is a dedicated initiative that facilitates the legal migration of young  Cameroonians to Germany to pursue vocational training and employment through the German Ausbildung program.

We work in collaboration with three key partners:

  • Jobs for Your Future Germany, which handles job placement, visa processing, and cultural integration;

  • AnB Language Training Institute, which provides German language education and certification up to the required B2 level;

  • Rural Help Project Cameroon, which is responsible for verifying and validating applicants’ professional qualifications.

Our mission is to create a clear, supportive, and legally compliant pathway for eligible candidates to live, study, and work in Germany.


Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Hold an Advanced Level Certificate

  • Have vocational training interest in one of the following fields:
    Nursing, Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, Hotel and Restaurant Services.

  • Successfully complete B1-level German language training through AnB Language Institute

  • Be proficient in English

  • Be willing to study and work in Germany


Our Process

  1. Enrollment – Candidates register online through the Jobs for Your Future platform.

  2. Professional Validation – The Rural Help Project verifies all vocational qualifications.

  3. Language CertificationAnB Language Institute oversees German language training and B2 certification.

  4. Job Placement & Visa AssistanceJobs for Your Future Germany arranges employment contracts, visa processing, and supports cultural integration.


We are committed to guiding our applicants every step of the way—preparing them linguistically, professionally, and culturally for a successful career and life in Germany.

 

Programme Phases:

Jobsforyourfuture Study & Work Programme

Phase 1: German Language & Intercultural Training (Cameroon)

Duration: 7–10 months
Key Components:

  • German Language Training:

    • 600 units (45 minutes each) at AnB Language Training Institute or live online via Jobsforyourfuture partners.

    • B1 Exam at Goethe-Institut South Africa (strongly recommended to continue language training post-exam).

    • Goethe-Institut Exam Details

  • Intercultural & Career Preparation:

    • 100 units (45 minutes each) of intercultural training and on-the-job coaching, delivered by Rural Help Project Cameroon and Jobsforyourfuture (live online).

Visa & Relocation Support:

  • Fast-track embassy appointments (guaranteed within 3 weeks of document acceptance).

  • Relocation coaching: Pre-arranged accommodation in Germany, registration assistance, and ongoing intercultural support.


Phase 2: Study & Work in Germany

Programme Structure (Dual Education System):

  • Apprenticeship Model: Combine paid work (2/3 of time) with vocational school (1/3). Formats vary:

    • Option 1: 3 days work / 2 days school weekly.

    • Option 2: 6 weeks work / 4 weeks school (rotating).

  • Total Commitment: ~40 hours/week.

Financials & Benefits:

  • Salary: €1,000–€1,500/month (gross, including medical aid).

  • Living Costs: Rent (~€300–€450/month).

  • Additional Work: Up to 10 hours/week at Germany’s minimum wage (€14/hour).

  • Vacation: 30 paid days/year.

Career Pathways After 3 Years:

  • Earn a globally recognized German vocational degree (nursing, electrical, culinary arts, hospitality, etc.).

  • Optional Honours Bachelor in International Management or university studies.

Phase 3: Post-Graduation Opportunities

Graduates may:

  1. Continue working in Germany.

  2. Relocate within Europe.

  3. Pursue careers on cruise ships.
